Welcome to Fisher Outdoors LLC. These terms and agreements are a legal agreement outlining Fisher Outdoors LLC warranty and return policy. You agree to these terms when making a purchase from Fisher Outdoors LLC, FisherOutdoors.net, or when purchasing from a Vendor that sells any of our Fisher Outdoors products. FatStix Custom Rods is an extension of Fisher Outdoors LLC. 

Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Rods are custom built. Once payment is received, the rod building process begins. If your purchase was made with a vendor that sells FatStix Custom Rods by Fisher Outdoors LLC products, you would need to contact that vendor on their return policy.

FatStix Custom Rods by Fisher Outdoors LLC Warranty

The FatStix Custom Rods by Fisher Outdoors Warranty covers the craftsmanship only.

Fisher Outdoors LLC warrants their fishing rods are free of craftsmanship (all rod components) from 6 months of the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required. Fisher Outdoors LLC will repair and replace any parts or components that prove defective. Excluding the rod blank. 

Fisher Outdoors LLC warranty does not cover damages that result from accidental, or intentional breakage. This includes damages that result from fire, modifications, misuse, abuse, and neglect. Examples include slamming in vehicle door, tailgate, or trunk, un-snagging a fishing lure, stepping on, ceiling fans, rod lockers, high stick, etc. Determining damage type is of full discretion of Fisher Outdoors LLC. 

Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees acquired with any warranty claim. 

Terms and Conditions 

All information, photos, pricing, and content is solely owned by Fisher Outdoors LLC with the exception of information granted from our distributors, which also have their own copyright. All rights are reserved  

When purchasing, you agree that no legal action will be filed against Fisher Outdoors LLC for any product damages not covered by our warranty, damages to self or property obtained by a product made or sold by Fisher Outdoors LLC. If legal action is taken, customer agrees to cover all legal fees acquired.

Fisher Outdoors LLC reserves the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at our discretion. Please review these terms regularly.
